Theres something about dog fighting

and this guy is laughing his ass off at you.
This site, www.puppyprofits.com,  offers a dog fighting setup for $6,998. Including a pen, info, dog condoms, tips, software and more.. but there’s something wrong. The software doesn’t exist because Microsoft would have sued the hell out of them, especially advertising it so blatantly. A corporation like microsoft would not allow their name to be upside something illegal, plain and simple. If the software were advertised like say a video player or a Spyware program, as an independently running software which are compatible with Vista then it would be more believable. Not a program that uses the same Vista box.

Dog condoms have been proven a joke (how do you keep a condom on a dog?). Dog condoms showed up on Urbanlegends.about.com . The inventor of dog condoms owns the domain dogcondoms.com and is from a publisher listed in the category “sex-positive education and humor.” Other sites erected by the company include MasturbateForPeace.com and ViagraPhilosophy.com. Visit them at your own risk.

The site in question links to http://doggycondoms.com/ and that site links back to them on the first page. The sites are made by the same people.

The owner of the dog fighting domain also owns www.ChildTrader.com. A site that is obviously a joke, here’s an example of why: Just read this page alone

Dog fighting has been illegal for a long time:
As Wikipedia states:  By the early 20th century the United Kennel Club dropped its support of dog fighting and by the 1860s most states had made it illegal. It was not until 1976 that it was outlawed in all states.

As of 2008, dog fighting is a felony in 49 states and a misdemeanor in Wyoming, although a bill that is advancing through its state legislature would make it a felony there as well.[3]
In most states, it is against the law (and often a felony) to even attend a dog fighting event, regardless of direct participation

Is it real?:
so, were this site real, it would have been shut down by now. (Since it has been up for over a year from what I can tell from the masses of complaints I have found all over the internet). It would be nice however to find out the real story, is it a trap to pick out people genuinely intersted in dog fighting? Is it just someones idea of fun or making fun of the sickness of dog fighting?  Whatever it is, no one is getting away with anything. The domain is not anonymously owned, at the moment its registerd to:
Petterson, Frank oprano@gmail.com
4519 Country Trails Rd.
Atlanta, GA 30309
US
(404) 812 3345

Illegal sites usually use a little better security than that to stay hidden and out of jail. A site of this genre would never be so out in the open. There are usually special networks of people with harder to find information to the general public.

Other clues it is fake: The guy on the front page is an illegal immigrant names Jose Rodriguez (how racist is that stereotype) who is not a web designer. Good luck finding a web designer that will make that site.

There is no way to actually pay for the setup, another way for him to run the site as a joke without being shut down as a scam.

The company, their provider of fighting pens, “Bad Dog canine sport fighting supply” is not mentioned anywhere else on the internet besides that website, and the internet is global so good luck explaining that one. That means the company is not even mentioned in forums or blogs and they definitely do not have an online store or any customers complaining about or promoting them anywhere in the world.

“What happens to the dogs that don’t win? Since 2005 we’ve participated in an ecologically conscious worldwide effort, by which all athletes, upon retirement, are composted for the greatest good of the communities we serve, as well as the world in which we live in.” – Questions page.

Vets turn in people who bring in dogs obviously used for dog fighting or confiscate the animal, and there are not vets that support dog fighting in every community all over the country, and this company does not provide you with vet service (how can they).

The word “illegal” is not mentioned once on the site.

Dog fighting coaches union: “We do not yet require or permit any sort of testing (for steroids), but we have reached an agreement with the coaches union that will require periodic, random, anonymous testing as early as 2012.” If this were something that were happening so organized as to have union, it would have to be happening legally. A union is a legally recognized body representing workers or in this case coaches.

They also offer 24 hour legal help and advice.

With the multitude of members it would take to have a “union” and justify 24 hour support, there would be people getting caught left and right because you KNOW they are not smart enough to stay out of trouble if they are the types of people to heartlessly maim animals. How do they find people to come ot the fight without it eventually getting around? Not every “dog fighting entrepreneur” has a black book of people waiting for local fights.  The site and its 24 hour legal service, union and anything else would have been in jail ages ago.

What makes me angry is that sites like this have fun getting everyone riled up, but also that people arent using logic when they see things like this to avoid misunderstandings. The site is WRONG there is no doubt but you have to believe that some parts of our system are working otherwise this wouldn’t be the only site we should worry about. Child Trading? If that’s real and people trade children because they don’t like their own, and trade them to who knows what kinds of sick people… then I guess anyone can fight dogs for fun in their own basement for the low low price of $6,998.

If people look at sites like this and do not read them thoroughly, do not think about it thoroughly, then run off screaming to a forum to complain along with everyone else, who are we really helping. Information is the key to everything, and I have provided you with some. Do with it what you like.

Please keep in mind how freaked out everyone got over Bonsai Kitten and it was proven to be a complete fake, made specifically to piss people off and grab attention. Dont give these people more attention (than this article already has, written to tell you why to ignore it).

www.snopes.com : Read even more reasons why and how the site is a HOAX.

If anyone has any information in support of my theory on the site, please contribute!
